Refund Policy – Store Credit Only

At Home Improvement Centers DBF, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our luxury furnishings. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit only for eligible returns.

Eligibility for Store Credit:
  • Items must be returned within 3 days of purchase.

  • Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and with all packaging, tags, and documentation intact.

  • Custom or special-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:
  • Custom-made furniture

  • Clearance or floor model items

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration

How to Request a Return:

Please contact us at 1(800) 654-3555 or info@homeimprovementcentersdbf.com to initiate a return. Once approved, store credit will be issued in the form of a digital or physical merchandise credit, valid for use in-store or online.

Terms & Conditions

1. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom and special-order items require full prepayment and are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

2. Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 3 days for store credit only. Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom orders, clearance items, and floor models are final sale.

3. Product Availability
All items are subject to availability. Estimated production and delivery timelines may vary depending on demand and material sourcing. In the event of a delay, customers will be notified promptly.

4. Product Care & Warranty
Luxury furniture requires proper care. Manufacturer warranties apply where specified. Home Improvement Centers DBF is not responsible for damage due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.

5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

6. Disputes & Jurisdiction
All sales are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Broward County, FL.

Delivery Schedule

Standard Delivery (In Stock Items)

  • Local Delivery (South Florida): 1–3 business days

  • Nationwide Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • White-Glove Delivery (if selected): Add 2–3 days for setup and in-home placement

Custom or Special Orders

  • Production Time: 1–3 weeks, depending on item complexity

  • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days after production completion

Delivery Terms:

  • Customers must ensure accurate delivery address and accessibility.

  • Missed deliveries may incur a re-delivery fee.

  • Delivery team is not responsible for moving or disposing of existing furniture unless arranged in advance.

Order Fulfillment Process – Home Improvement Centers DBF

At Home Improvement Centers DBF, our order-to-delivery process is carefully managed to ensure premium quality and client satisfaction. Once a customer places an order—either online or in our Hollywood, FL showroom—we initiate the following steps:

  1. Order Confirmation & Design Review (1–2 business days)

    • The order is reviewed for accuracy and, if applicable, custom specifications are confirmed with the client.

  2. Production or Sourcing Phase (5–10 business days)

    • For in-stock items, fulfillment is scheduled immediately.

    • For custom or made-to-order furniture, production begins and timelines are communicated to the customer, typically ranging from 2 to 4 weeks.

  3. Quality Inspection & Final Prep (1–2 business days)

    • Each item undergoes a quality check to ensure it meets our craftsmanship standards before shipping.

  4. Delivery Scheduling & Shipment (3–7 business days)

    • Standard shipping or white-glove delivery is coordinated based on customer preference and location.

    • Local deliveries within South Florida may arrive in as few as 1–3 business days, while national shipments take 5–7 business days on average.
